Couples Letting Go Intensive

The Couples Letting Go Intensive is a three month coaching experience designed to help partners identify what is no longer working, let go of emotional baggage, build healthier ways of relating, let go of the fear of growing together.

This program supports couples who feel stuck in recurring patterns, strained by life transitions, or disconnected despite strong intentions. The focus is not blame. The focus is clarity, responsibility, and forward movement together.
