Whether you’re stuck in old habits, facing transition at work or life, or simply longing for more peace and purpose — this book is a practical, compassionate guide forward.

If you’re ready to stop being weighed down by yesterday and start living lighter … this is the map.

One of the better self-help books! Most books of this genre turn out to be ten percent inspirational, motivational and instructional. And ninety percent naive, nonsensical drivel! Not this book however. This is one of the better self-help / self-discovery books.

I would definitely recommend this book…. It was the other way round from my first sentence, ie 90 percent inspirational, instructional and motivational. It covered a lot more ground than the title suggests and was thoroughly enjoyable to read and easy to digest. Buy it.

This book is a self help guide tor organising intangible, non physical stuff. Things like relationships, your mental stuff. Attitudes, mental self talk, love, empowerment are all covered in this book. There are a whole lot of personal journal entries from the writer that make for interesting reading in themselves, and do add to the book.

The writer advocates using a personal journal (a diary) as one method of organising your mental stuff, a method among many.

The book also discusses many things like coping with change (which is inevitable), changing mindsets, creating good habits, planning changes in life and behaviour and many other topics.
