When I was a full time speaker and consultant, I traveled all over the country and met many wonderful and outstanding people. During my internal consulting stint for a retail company in northwest Arkansas, I had a chance to meet an amazing young lady who only wants to help others identify how to be their best. She is vibrant, articulate, focused, and spirited. She can also help anyone to develop a plan for how to effectively manage change.
